\u00a7 1. Postanowienia og\u00f3lne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Organizatorem promocji \u201eVoucher IKEA o warto\u015bci 300 z\u0142\u201d (\u201ePromocja\u201d) jest SHED
    Living Krak\u00f3w (\u201eOrganizator\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Promocja prowadzona jest na zasadach okre\u015blonych w niniejszym Regulaminie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Regulamin jest dost\u0119pny na stronie internetowej Organizatora oraz w recepcji
    SHED Living Krak\u00f3w.

    \u00a7 2. Okres obowi\u0105zywania Promocji<\/strong>
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Promocja obowi\u0105zuje od dnia 07.07.2026 do dnia 31.07.2026 lub do wyczerpania
    puli voucher\u00f3w przeznaczonych na Promocj\u0119.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. O wyczerpaniu puli voucher\u00f3w Organizator mo\u017ce poinformowa\u0107 na swojej stronie
    internetowej lub za po\u015brednictwem innych kana\u0142\u00f3w komunikacji.

    \u00a7 3. Uczestnicy Promocji
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Uczestnikiem Promocji mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 osoba fizyczna, kt\u00f3ra:
    a) rozpoczyna pierwszy rok studi\u00f3w wy\u017cszych,
    b) w okresie obowi\u0105zywania Promocji dokona nowej rezerwacji pokoju
    jednoosobowego lub miejsca w pokoju dwuosobowym w SHED Living Krak\u00f3w,
    c) zawrze z Organizatorem umow\u0119 zakwaterowania.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Promocja nie obejmuje przed\u0142u\u017ce\u0144 obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych um\u00f3w zakwaterowania, zmian
    pokoju ani cesji umowy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Promocji jest przedstawienie Organizatorowi
    dokumentu potwierdzaj\u0105cego przyj\u0119cie na pierwszy rok studi\u00f3w wy\u017cszych,
    w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci decyzji o przyj\u0119ciu na studia, za\u015bwiadczenia wydanego przez
    uczelni\u0119 lub innego r\u00f3wnowa\u017cnego dokumentu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Dokument, o kt\u00f3rym mowa w ust. 3, nale\u017cy przekaza\u0107 Organizatorowi najp\u00f3\u017aniej
    w dniu zameldowania (check-in), przesy\u0142aj\u0105c go na adres e-mail Organizatora lub
    okazuj\u0105c jego orygina\u0142 albo kopi\u0119 w recepcji SHED Living Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Nieprzedstawienie dokumentu w terminie okre\u015blonym w ust. 4 skutkuje utrat\u0105
    prawa do udzia\u0142u w Promocji oraz otrzymania vouchera.

    \u00a7 4. Warunki otrzymania vouchera
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Uczestnik nabywa prawo do otrzymania jednego vouchera IKEA o warto\u015bci 300 z\u0142
    po \u0142\u0105cznym spe\u0142nieniu nast\u0119puj\u0105cych warunk\u00f3w:
    a) zawarciu umowy zakwaterowania,
    b) okazaniu dokumentu, o kt\u00f3rym mowa w par. 3
    c) dokonaniu wszystkich p\u0142atno\u015bci wymaganych przed rozpocz\u0119ciem
    zakwaterowania, zgodnie z umow\u0105, w tym wp\u0142acie kaucji oraz innych nale\u017cno\u015bci,
    je\u017celi s\u0105 wymagane,
    d) terminowym op\u0142aceniu pierwszego czynszu,
    e) rozpocz\u0119ciu zakwaterowania poprzez dokonanie check-in w SHED Living
    Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Niespe\u0142nienie kt\u00f3regokolwiek z warunk\u00f3w okre\u015blonych w ust. 1 skutkuje utrat\u0105
    prawa do otrzymania vouchera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Voucher zostanie przekazany Uczestnikowi po spe\u0142nieniu wszystkich warunk\u00f3w
    okre\u015blonych w ust. 1, nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c w terminie 10 dni od dnia ich spe\u0142nienia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Organizator decyduje o formie przekazania vouchera.

    \u00a7 5. Zasady Promocji
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Jeden Uczestnik mo\u017ce otrzyma\u0107 wy\u0142\u0105cznie jeden voucher w ramach Promocji.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Promocja nie \u0142\u0105czy si\u0119 z innymi promocjami, rabatami lub programami
    specjalnymi oferowanymi przez Organizatora, chyba \u017ce Organizator postanowi
    inaczej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Voucher nie podlega wymianie na \u015brodki pieni\u0119\u017cne ani na inne \u015bwiadczenia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Uprawnienie do otrzymania vouchera ma charakter osobisty i nie mo\u017ce zosta\u0107
    przeniesione na osob\u0119 trzeci\u0105.

    \u00a7 6. Rezygnacja z zakwaterowania
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. W przypadku rozwi\u0105zania umowy zakwaterowania przed rozpocz\u0119ciem okresu
    zakwaterowania lub odst\u0105pienia od umowy, Uczestnik traci prawo do otrzymania
    vouchera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Je\u017celi voucher zosta\u0142 wydany przed spe\u0142nieniem wszystkich warunk\u00f3w Promocji
    lub wskutek b\u0142\u0119du Organizatora, Organizator jest uprawniony do \u017c\u0105dania jego
    zwrotu albo zap\u0142aty kwoty odpowiadaj\u0105cej jego warto\u015bci nominalnej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. W przypadku rozwi\u0105zania umowy zakwaterowania z przyczyn le\u017c\u0105cych po stronie
    Zakwaterowanego przed up\u0142ywem pierwszego miesi\u0105ca zakwaterowania,
    Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo dochodzenia zwrotu r\u00f3wnowarto\u015bci
    przekazanego vouchera.

    \u00a7 7. Reklamacje
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  22. Reklamacje dotycz\u0105ce Promocji nale\u017cy sk\u0142ada\u0107 w formie pisemnej lub
    elektronicznej na adres wskazany przez Organizatora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  23. Reklamacje b\u0119d\u0105 rozpatrywane w terminie 14 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.

    \u00a7 8. Dane osobowe
    <\/strong>
    Dane osobowe Uczestnik\u00f3w b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane przez Organizatora wy\u0142\u0105cznie w zakresie
    niezb\u0119dnym do przeprowadzenia Promocji, zgodnie z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami
    o ochronie danych osobowych.

    \u00a7 9. Postanowienia ko\u0144cowe
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  24. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu z wa\u017cnych przyczyn
    prawnych lub organizacyjnych, z zastrze\u017ceniem, \u017ce zmiany nie naruszaj\u0105 praw
    nabytych Uczestnik\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  25. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie maj\u0105 przepisy prawa
    polskiego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  26. Wszelkie spory wynikaj\u0105ce z Promocji b\u0119d\u0105 rozstrzygane przez w\u0142a\u015bciwe s\u0105dy
    powszechne zgodnie z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami prawa.


    PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    \u201cPLN 300 IKEA Voucher for First-Year Students\u201d<\/strong>


    \u00a7 1. General Provisions<\/strong>
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  27. The organizer of the “PLN 300 IKEA Voucher” promotion (the “Promotion”) is SHED
    Living Krak\u00f3w (the “Organizer”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  28. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  29. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s website and at the
    reception desk of SHED Living Krak\u00f3w.

    \u00a7 2. Promotion Period
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  30. The Promotion is valid from 7 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, or until the allocated
    pool of vouchers has been exhausted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  31. The Organizer may announce the exhaustion of the voucher pool on its website or
    through other communication channels.

    \u00a7 3. Eligible Participants
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  32. A natural person may participate in the Promotion provided that they:
    a) are commencing their first year of higher education studies;
    b) make a new reservation for either a single room or a bed space in a twin room at
    SHED Living Krak\u00f3w during the Promotion period; and
    c) enter into an Accommodation Agreement with the Organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  33. The Promotion does not apply to extensions of existing Accommodation
    Agreements, room changes, or assignments of Accommodation Agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  34. As a condition of participation in the Promotion, the participant must provide the
    Organizer with a document confirming admission to the first year of higher
    education studies, including, but not limited to, an admission letter, a certificate
    issued by the university, or another equivalent document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  35. The document referred to in Section 3 must be submitted to the Organizer no later
    than the day of check-in, either by sending it to the Organizer’s email address or by
    presenting the original or a copy at the reception desk of SHED Living Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  36. Failure to submit the required document within the deadline specified in Section
    4 shall result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to receive
    the voucher.

    \u00a7 4. Conditions for Receiving the Voucher
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  37. A participant shall become entitled to receive one IKEA voucher with a value of PLN
    300 upon fulfilling all of the following conditions:
    a) entering into an Accommodation Agreement;
    b) presenting the document referred to in \u00a7 3;
    c) making all payments required prior to the commencement of the
    accommodation, in accordance with the Accommodation Agreement, including
    payment of the security deposit and any other applicable charges;
    d) paying the first rent instalment on time;
    e) commencing the accommodation by completing the check-in process at SHED
    Living Krak\u00f3w.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  38. Failure to satisfy any of the conditions specified in Section 1 shall result in the loss
    of the right to receive the voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  39. The voucher shall be provided to the participant after all conditions specified in
    Section 1 have been fulfilled, no later than 10 days from the date on which they are
    met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  40. The Organizer shall determine the method of delivery of the voucher.

    \u00a7 5. Promotion Rules
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  41. Each participant may receive only one voucher under the Promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  42. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or
    special offers provided by the Organizer, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  43. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  44. The right to receive the voucher is personal and may not be transferred to any third
    party.

    \u00a7 6. Cancellation of Accommodation
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  45. If the Accommodation Agreement is terminated before the accommodation
    period begins or if the participant withdraws from the Agreement, the participant
    shall lose the right to receive the voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  46. If the voucher has been issued before all Promotion conditions have been fulfilled
    or due to an error on the part of the Organizer, the Organizer shall be entitled to
    request the return of the voucher or payment of an amount equal to its nominal
    value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  47. If the Accommodation Agreement is terminated for reasons attributable to the
    Resident before the end of the first month of accommodation, the Organizer
    reserves the right to seek reimbursement of the value of the voucher provided.

    \u00a7 7. Complaints
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  48. Complaints relating to the Promotion must be submitted in writing or
    electronically to the address indicated by the Organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  49. Complaints shall be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt.

    \u00a7 8. Personal Data<\/strong>

    <\/strong>Participants’ personal data shall be processed by the Organizer solely to the extent
    necessary for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the applicable
    personal data protection legislation.

    \u00a7 9. Final Provisions
    <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  50. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for
    important legal or organizational reasons, provided that such amendments do not
    affect the rights already acquired by participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  51. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws
    of the Republic of Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  52. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be settled by
    the competent common courts in accordance with the applicable provisions of
    Polish law<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
