Also known as “29 square meters of comfort”, it’s perfect for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. This room is designed to allow you to move freely and have everything you might need to make your stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
The studio has a really comfy and slightly bigger bed, an accessible private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The interior is what we call a “modern-cosy”, so it’s aesthetically pleasing but makes you feel at home right away, too!
MONTHLY PRICE PER ROOM includes all utility fees & Internet
Note, that all rooms may have some difference in design, colours and layout.
P.S. dishes and kitchen utensils are not provided in the room. You may bring yours or borrow from the common kitchen, if you find there. The kitchen utensils and dishes which you may find in the room are left by the previous tenant or brought from the main kitchen, which you may use for your own purposes.

Each room, despite its size, is fully equipped & furnished!
All rooms have: a private bathroom (with a WC, a shower & a sink), a private kitchenette (with a fridge-freezer, an induction stove, microwave and all utensils, dishes & cutlery), a set of furniture (a bed with a 90x200 cm or 120x200 cm mattress, a wardrobe, a studying desk, a chair, etc.).
P. S. Bedroom & bathroom textiles (pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels) are available for purchase or rent in the SHED app while booking the room or at reception anytime later.

If you want to make a reservation online, you are redirected to your bank to make a payment of a deposit. A deposit will be calculated according to your staying term (usually it is equal to 2 months of accommodation fee). The deadline to make this transaction is usually 5 days, however, it can be shorter if the room demand is very high. By paying the deposit you can rest assured that the room is reserved for you.
