“Single” doesn’t mean “living with a bunch of cats” anymore! It means exciting beginnings, personal growth and complete freedom to experience the world on your own terms.
Our Single studios are created as a safe space for you to recharge and have everything you might need to do just that: a very comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchenette to channel your inner Gordon Ramsay, a private bathroom with a shower to work on your vocal skills, and a very Instagrammable interior design to ignite your creativity.
MONTHLY PRICE PER STUDIO includes all utility fees, Internet & gym
Note, that all rooms may have some difference in design, colours and layout.
P.S. dishes and kitchen utensils are not provided in the room. You may bring yours or borrow from the common kitchen, if you find there. The kitchen utensils and dishes which you may find in the room are left by the previous tenant or brought from the main kitchen, which you may use for your own purposes.

Each room, despite its size, is fully equipped & furnished!
All rooms have: a private bathroom (with a WC, a shower & a sink), a private kitchenette (with a fridge-freezer, an induction stove, microwave and all utensils, dishes & cutlery), a set of furniture (a bed with a 90x200 cm or 120x200 cm mattress, a wardrobe, a studying desk, a chair, etc.).
P. S. Bedroom & bathroom textiles (pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels) are available for purchase or rent in the SHED app while booking the room or at reception anytime later.

If you want to make a reservation online, you are redirected to your bank to make a payment of a deposit. A deposit will be calculated according to your staying term (usually it is equal to 2 months of accommodation fee). The deadline to make this transaction is usually 5 days, however, it can be shorter if the room demand is very high. By paying the deposit you can rest assured that the room is reserved for you.

As rooms are generally reserved out until the next tenant moves in, sometimes it’s difficult to organize a visit for the future tenant. Please ask for more photos of the specific room type by e-mail instead or check the 360 tour of spaces in our website.
