The building is surveilled 24/7 and we have an on-site staff & security team that will make you feel protected at all hours of the day.
All the entrances and common areas are constantly monitored by CCTV cameras and there’s a security team that reacts to dangerous situations, such as fire alarms, physical conflicts, etc.
Each common space and your own private room can only be entered using a magnetic keycard, so you won’t ever be surprised by random city dwellers sneaking around and be absolutely sure that living in Kraków will bring nothing but positive experiences. We also have an on-site house manager who can help you (when the reception is closed) with emergency questions, such as locking yourself out.
