REGULAMIN PROMOCJI
„Voucher IKEA o wartości 300 zł dla studentów 1 roku”
§ 1. Postanowienia ogólne
- Organizatorem promocji „Voucher IKEA o wartości 300 zł” („Promocja”) jest SHED
Living Kraków („Organizator”). - Promocja prowadzona jest na zasadach określonych w niniejszym Regulaminie.
- Regulamin jest dostępny na stronie internetowej Organizatora oraz w recepcji
SHED Living Kraków.
§ 2. Okres obowiązywania Promocji - Promocja obowiązuje od dnia 07.07.2026 do dnia 31.07.2026 lub do wyczerpania
puli voucherów przeznaczonych na Promocję. - O wyczerpaniu puli voucherów Organizator może poinformować na swojej stronie
internetowej lub za pośrednictwem innych kanałów komunikacji.
§ 3. Uczestnicy Promocji - Uczestnikiem Promocji może zostać osoba fizyczna, która:
a) rozpoczyna pierwszy rok studiów wyższych,
b) w okresie obowiązywania Promocji dokona nowej rezerwacji pokoju
jednoosobowego lub miejsca w pokoju dwuosobowym w SHED Living Kraków,
c) zawrze z Organizatorem umowę zakwaterowania. - Promocja nie obejmuje przedłużeń obowiązujących umów zakwaterowania, zmian
pokoju ani cesji umowy. - Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Promocji jest przedstawienie Organizatorowi
dokumentu potwierdzającego przyjęcie na pierwszy rok studiów wyższych,
w szczególności decyzji o przyjęciu na studia, zaświadczenia wydanego przez
uczelnię lub innego równoważnego dokumentu. - Dokument, o którym mowa w ust. 3, należy przekazać Organizatorowi najpóźniej
w dniu zameldowania (check-in), przesyłając go na adres e-mail Organizatora lub
okazując jego oryginał albo kopię w recepcji SHED Living Kraków. - Nieprzedstawienie dokumentu w terminie określonym w ust. 4 skutkuje utratą
prawa do udziału w Promocji oraz otrzymania vouchera.
§ 4. Warunki otrzymania vouchera - Uczestnik nabywa prawo do otrzymania jednego vouchera IKEA o wartości 300 zł
po łącznym spełnieniu następujących warunków:
a) zawarciu umowy zakwaterowania,
b) okazaniu dokumentu, o którym mowa w par. 3
c) dokonaniu wszystkich płatności wymaganych przed rozpoczęciem
zakwaterowania, zgodnie z umową, w tym wpłacie kaucji oraz innych należności,
jeżeli są wymagane,
d) terminowym opłaceniu pierwszego czynszu,
e) rozpoczęciu zakwaterowania poprzez dokonanie check-in w SHED Living
Kraków. - Niespełnienie któregokolwiek z warunków określonych w ust. 1 skutkuje utratą
prawa do otrzymania vouchera. - Voucher zostanie przekazany Uczestnikowi po spełnieniu wszystkich warunków
określonych w ust. 1, nie później niż w terminie 10 dni od dnia ich spełnienia. - Organizator decyduje o formie przekazania vouchera.
§ 5. Zasady Promocji - Jeden Uczestnik może otrzymać wyłącznie jeden voucher w ramach Promocji.
- Promocja nie łączy się z innymi promocjami, rabatami lub programami
specjalnymi oferowanymi przez Organizatora, chyba że Organizator postanowi
inaczej. - Voucher nie podlega wymianie na środki pieniężne ani na inne świadczenia.
- Uprawnienie do otrzymania vouchera ma charakter osobisty i nie może zostać
przeniesione na osobę trzecią.
§ 6. Rezygnacja z zakwaterowania - W przypadku rozwiązania umowy zakwaterowania przed rozpoczęciem okresu
zakwaterowania lub odstąpienia od umowy, Uczestnik traci prawo do otrzymania
vouchera. - Jeżeli voucher został wydany przed spełnieniem wszystkich warunków Promocji
lub wskutek błędu Organizatora, Organizator jest uprawniony do żądania jego
zwrotu albo zapłaty kwoty odpowiadającej jego wartości nominalnej. - W przypadku rozwiązania umowy zakwaterowania z przyczyn leżących po stronie
Zakwaterowanego przed upływem pierwszego miesiąca zakwaterowania,
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo dochodzenia zwrotu równowartości
przekazanego vouchera.
§ 7. Reklamacje - Reklamacje dotyczące Promocji należy składać w formie pisemnej lub
elektronicznej na adres wskazany przez Organizatora. - Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane w terminie 14 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.
§ 8. Dane osobowe
Dane osobowe Uczestników będą przetwarzane przez Organizatora wyłącznie w zakresie
niezbędnym do przeprowadzenia Promocji, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami
o ochronie danych osobowych.
§ 9. Postanowienia końcowe - Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn
prawnych lub organizacyjnych, z zastrzeżeniem, że zmiany nie naruszają praw
nabytych Uczestników. - W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa
polskiego. - Wszelkie spory wynikające z Promocji będą rozstrzygane przez właściwe sądy
powszechne zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“PLN 300 IKEA Voucher for First-Year Students”
§ 1. General Provisions - The organizer of the “PLN 300 IKEA Voucher” promotion (the “Promotion”) is SHED
Living Kraków (the “Organizer”). - The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s website and at the
reception desk of SHED Living Kraków.
§ 2. Promotion Period - The Promotion is valid from 7 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, or until the allocated
pool of vouchers has been exhausted. - The Organizer may announce the exhaustion of the voucher pool on its website or
through other communication channels.
§ 3. Eligible Participants - A natural person may participate in the Promotion provided that they:
a) are commencing their first year of higher education studies;
b) make a new reservation for either a single room or a bed space in a twin room at
SHED Living Kraków during the Promotion period; and
c) enter into an Accommodation Agreement with the Organizer. - The Promotion does not apply to extensions of existing Accommodation
Agreements, room changes, or assignments of Accommodation Agreements. - As a condition of participation in the Promotion, the participant must provide the
Organizer with a document confirming admission to the first year of higher
education studies, including, but not limited to, an admission letter, a certificate
issued by the university, or another equivalent document. - The document referred to in Section 3 must be submitted to the Organizer no later
than the day of check-in, either by sending it to the Organizer’s email address or by
presenting the original or a copy at the reception desk of SHED Living Kraków. - Failure to submit the required document within the deadline specified in Section
4 shall result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to receive
the voucher.
§ 4. Conditions for Receiving the Voucher - A participant shall become entitled to receive one IKEA voucher with a value of PLN
300 upon fulfilling all of the following conditions:
a) entering into an Accommodation Agreement;
b) presenting the document referred to in § 3;
c) making all payments required prior to the commencement of the
accommodation, in accordance with the Accommodation Agreement, including
payment of the security deposit and any other applicable charges;
d) paying the first rent instalment on time;
e) commencing the accommodation by completing the check-in process at SHED
Living Kraków. - Failure to satisfy any of the conditions specified in Section 1 shall result in the loss
of the right to receive the voucher. - The voucher shall be provided to the participant after all conditions specified in
Section 1 have been fulfilled, no later than 10 days from the date on which they are
met. - The Organizer shall determine the method of delivery of the voucher.
§ 5. Promotion Rules - Each participant may receive only one voucher under the Promotion.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or
special offers provided by the Organizer, unless the Organizer decides otherwise. - The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.
- The right to receive the voucher is personal and may not be transferred to any third
party.
§ 6. Cancellation of Accommodation - If the Accommodation Agreement is terminated before the accommodation
period begins or if the participant withdraws from the Agreement, the participant
shall lose the right to receive the voucher. - If the voucher has been issued before all Promotion conditions have been fulfilled
or due to an error on the part of the Organizer, the Organizer shall be entitled to
request the return of the voucher or payment of an amount equal to its nominal
value. - If the Accommodation Agreement is terminated for reasons attributable to the
Resident before the end of the first month of accommodation, the Organizer
reserves the right to seek reimbursement of the value of the voucher provided.
§ 7. Complaints - Complaints relating to the Promotion must be submitted in writing or
electronically to the address indicated by the Organizer. - Complaints shall be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt.
§ 8. Personal Data
Participants’ personal data shall be processed by the Organizer solely to the extent
necessary for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the applicable
personal data protection legislation.
§ 9. Final Provisions - The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for
important legal or organizational reasons, provided that such amendments do not
affect the rights already acquired by participants. - Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws
of the Republic of Poland. - Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be settled by
the competent common courts in accordance with the applicable provisions of
Polish law
