We created an offer for you which is the most economy option you can get, but it does not mean, that you will be less satisfied or do not feel the same coliving vibe as other residents here! It's a decent living in the room which is suitable for two while you are available to use all the common spaces for your preferences, when you need to!

Economy Twin studios are prepared with all necessary things you might need to: two beds, two tables, chairs, wide wardrobe (s), a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower. This offer gives you an opportunity to book a bed in Economy Twin studio. You will be accommodated with another same gender person randomly.

Note, that all rooms may have some difference in design, colours and layout.

If you want to make a reservation online, you are redirected to your bank to make a payment of a deposit. A deposit will be calculated according to your staying term (usually it is equal to 2 months of accommodation fee). The deadline to make this transaction is usually 5 days, however, it can be shorter if the room demand is very high. By paying the deposit you can rest assured that the room is reserved for you.
As rooms are generally reserved out until the next tenant moves in, sometimes it’s difficult to organize a visit for the future tenant. Please ask for more photos of the specific room type by e-mail instead or check the 360 tour of spaces in our website.
Each room, despite its size, is fully equipped & furnished!

All rooms have: a private bathroom (with a WC, a shower & a sink), a private kitchenette (with a fridge-freezer, an induction stove, microwave and all utensils, dishes & cutlery), a set of furniture (a bed with a 90x200 cm or 120x200 cm mattress, a wardrobe, a studying desk, a chair, etc.).

P. S. Bedroom & bathroom textiles (pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels) are available for purchase or rent in the SHED app while booking the room or at reception anytime later.
