SAFETY

We want to ensure that living in Vilnius meets all your expectations, that’s why your safety and comfort is without a doubt the #1 priority in the SHED, and we take this topic very seriously. The building is surveilled 24/7 and we have an on-site staff & security team that will make you feel protected at all hours of the day.

All the entrances and common areas are constantly monitored by CCTV cameras and there’s a security team that reacts to dangerous situations, such as fire alarms, physical conflicts, etc.

Each common space and your own private room can only be entered using a magnetic keycard, so you won’t ever be surprised by random city dwellers sneaking around and be absolutely sure that living in Vilnius will bring nothing but positive experiences. We also have an on-site house manager who can help you (when the reception is closed) with emergency questions, such as locking yourself out.

By living in Vilnius we make a conscious daily effort to lead a sustainable lifestyle and encourage you to do the same. From convenient EV charging and waste sorting to eco-friendly toiletries and energy-saving LED lighting – we’re doing our part in reducing our environmental impact and building a brighter tomorrow for future generations.

The building itself will be “BREEAM In-Use” certified. It covers 9 key sustainability categories and major issues that can affect a building throughout its operational life: energy, water, materials, pollution, land use & ecology, health & wellbeing, waste, transport, management.
